Sales & Cancellation Policy
Sales Policy
A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation.
Check-in: after 15:00 on the day of arrival
Check-out: before 12:00 on the day of departure
Modifications or cancellations of confirmed reservations can be done online, subject to the cancellation policy.
The hotel reserves the right to reject, cancel, or modify reservations in case of errors or discrepancies.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations are held until 22:00 on the arrival date; after this time, no-shows will be charged the full reservation amount.
Cancellation policies may vary depending on the season or group bookings.
Departing before the end of your reserved stay is considered a no-show for the remainder of the stay and will be charged in full.
